Our mission is to activate increases and advancements in your life by way of encouraging, equipping and informing you. Our hope is that through our resources, teachings and posts you receive impartations of grace and knowledge that bring increases, shifts and advancements, taking you to new levels of Kingdom living.

As part of this mission, we offer products that teach and train you in vital Kingdom areas.
In this we are connected to third party providers to help provide you with our services.

Purchases through our bookstore are processed through Shopify, our authorized payment provider, who has a Privacy Policy which states their practices and use and administration of data is in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework, and Canada’s Personal Information Protection Documents Act (PIPEDA).

In accordance with these Privacy Frameworks, Earth Shook Ministries is also committed to protecting your privacy and data distribution. We do not use your data for any other purpose except for completing your requested transactions via Shopify, and providing you with information which you expressly request.

We honor your privacy and in no way will sell your information. We will not distribute it or share it with other parties except those listed above for essential services you require.

When you choose to purchase a product from our site, you are taken to Shopify for checkout transactions, and they require the necessary information: name, address, phone number, email and payment details (for example your credit card information) to process your order.

They only share this necessary information with third party payment gateways (i.e. Paypal) and shipping partners (i.e. Canada Post, etc.) in order to complete your transaction. Your personal information and/or payment details are never placed or stored on our website.  As part of your order process, an automatic purchase email is sent to confirm your transaction.
Your shipping information is accessed from Shopify in order that we may create the order invoice and destination label.

In the future, you will have the option to opt in for emails and updates from us. At this time, please feel free to check on our site monthly for new products, teachings and pertinent updates.

COOKIES
The internet uses cookies, a small amount of data, which may include a unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. This is standard in the internet realm. However, if you choose, you may block the cookies on your browser. This may however, block your access to certain features, pages and even purchase transfers on this website. The choice is yours.

ADD-ONS, APPS & TRACKING APPS
Currently we do not use any add-ons or numbers tracking apps. However, in the future, we may integrate Google Analytics which reveals no personal information of site visitors, but only the numbers of people who visit in any given period of time. The IP addresses from these visits are unseen by us.

FACEBOOK & TWITTER
Currently we do not use Twitter or Facebook or Facebook Pixels.

DATA STORAGE
Entering our site to read and peruse is a wave and welcomed. We wave back to you. Stay as long as you wish and return anytime. While you leave an IP address (electronic mark) on any website you visit, we do not see, nor do we have purpose to know this information.
Data storage of personal or payment information is with our payment provider only and falls under the highest regulatory standards of compliance, as stated above. Earth Shook Ministries’ stores no personal data or information on our website at this time.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you wish for your personal information to be deleted from Shopify, simply select the “opt out” option provided on the checkout page. This transaction will go through, and then following it’s completion, your personal information will be deleted.
We do maintain, by law, invoice and sales history data to satisfy CRA regulations for tax purposes.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media use will step up, but at this time is minimal, and therefore there is no basic reporting included in our Privacy Policy. All communications via social media in future will be made with express permission of all individuals.
